• Communication Data: messages sent through contact forms or support channels.
• Payment Data: processed via external payment providers (we do not store full payment details).

No user-uploaded files are collected or stored.

EIKONAL.WORKS uses only:

No analytics, tracking, or advertising cookies are used. Internal analytics are performed server-side.

• Payment processors for processing purchases.
• Microsoft Azure, where our infrastructure is hosted (West EU region).

No data is sold or shared with advertisers.

6. Data Storage and Retention

Your data is stored on Microsoft Azure servers located in West EU (Germany).

Data retention:

• Account data: retained indefinitely unless deleted by the user.
• Telemetry, logs, and usage data: retained indefinitely for security and debugging purposes.
• Support messages: retained indefinitely.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time (GDPR Art. 17).

7. Data Security

We implement standard industry security measures, including:

• Encrypted HTTPS transport
• Secure hashed passwords
• Azure security controls and server hardening
• Restricted admin access (single admin: the founder)
