All content, code, trademarks, and designs associated with EIKONAL.WORKS are the property of EIKONAL Kft. unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Payments

Payments for commercial licenses are processed by external payment providers. EIKONAL Kft. does not store full payment card details.

6. No Warranty

The software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose or the absence of defects.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EIKONAL Kft. is not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Loss of profit, business interruptions, or damages
• Consequential or indirect damages

8. Termination

We may terminate access to the software if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive or fraudulent activities.

9. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Hungary.
