IES TM-33 XML Files

IES TM-33 XML files use the .xml extension in IntensityView. They represent TM-33 photometric data using XML syntax.

What the format contains

A TM-33 XML file stores structured luminaire and photometric information. XML is often preferred in workflows that already use XML validation, transformation, or document exchange infrastructure.

Use in IntensityView

IntensityView can import and export TM-33 XML through the built-in TM-33 stream. The application converts between the TM-33 data model and the internal intensity document model.

Best practice

Use TM-33 XML when the receiving workflow expects XML. For project-master storage inside EikonalWorks, use .ewi when you need the most complete preservation of internal data.
