IES Roadway Report

The IES Roadway Report presents roadway lighting classification and evaluation data for the selected intensity distributions. It is intended for checking how a luminaire behaves in roadway-style applications and for reviewing the main photometric quantities used in roadway assessment.
The report creates one roadway report view for each selected photometry. The selected luminaire color is used as the report accent color, and false-color visualization is inherited from the IntensityView view model.
Reading The Report
Roadway calculations typically consider pavement luminance, illuminance, uniformity, disability glare, and related visibility criteria. The report should be read with the assumed roadway geometry, arrangement, mounting height, interdistance, tilt, maintenance factor, and pavement table in mind.
Use the report to identify whether a photometry is appropriate for roadway work before running detailed scenario calculations in the Roadway Calculator or Roadway Applicability tools.
